What’s included
Hand cleaning of every gutter run on the property. We flush every downspout with water to confirm flow, including buried sections. If something is clogged below grade, we tell you straight, and usually a snake from the cleanout solves it without needing a full reroute. Debris gets bagged and hauled, not blown into your landscaping.
When to schedule
Twice a year is the rule for homes without guards. Late spring after the maples drop their seeds, and late fall after the oaks finish dropping. Homes under heavy pine cover often need a third visit in midsummer. Seasonal slots fill up fast around Walworth County once the leaves start, so book a couple weeks ahead.
What we look for while we’re up there
Loose hangers, sagging sections, separated miters, fascia rot at the back of the gutter, missing splash blocks, downspouts pulling away from the wall. If we see something worth flagging, we’ll let you know before we leave. No upsell pressure, no scare tactics, just what we saw.
